Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair and maintain metrology tools across Southeast Asia. You will respond to down-tool events and coordinate maintenance while delivering clear documentation to the US factory.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years field service experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and software fault detection.
• Engineering degree required with ability to work unsupervised in a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain Onto Innovation products, including metrology tools.
• Install new tools within Southeast Asia.
• Respond to down-tool situations in Southeast Asia and coordinate maintenance.
• Provide documentation and feedback to the US factory as needed; support sales with feedback.
