Bruker Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, training, diagnostics and post-sale support for semiconductor metrology tools. You will work with Bruker Nano Surfaces Metrology instruments and collaborate with field applications, service and sales teams to maximize instrument uptime for customers.

The role requires 3–8 years in semiconductor metrology, a technical degree (BA/BS or higher), and readiness to travel up to 30% in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical/ mechanical engineering or physical sciences.
Masters or higher education preferred; metrology experience within semiconductor market an advantage.
3 to 8 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience with hands-on instrument experience.
Experience with Laser, Optical Profilers and X-ray service preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce/SAP.

Responsabilités

Perform site surveys, pre-installation, installation of Bruker Semiconductor Metrology Tools for customers locally and internationally.
Provide high-level technical support to external customers at their location.
Provide on-site training to customers and develop service documentation.
Interface with cross-functional teams including field applications, customer support, product management, and sales.
Triage and escalate issues; maintain knowledge database and ensure timely field actions.
Travel up to 30% within Southeast Asia as needed.
