Job summary

Waters Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide post-sales technical support for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting flow cytometry instruments. You will ensure high uptime, deliver outstanding customer service, and support service activities within regulated testing environments.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related engineering field, at least 3 years’ instrumentation experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ instrumentation experience in biomedical/biotech labs is preferred.
• Experience servicing flow cytometry instruments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain instruments per GDPMS and company procedures.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair instrument hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical support and customer training to maximize satisfaction.
• Support service revenue targets and contract renewals.
• Plan spare parts inventory and maintenance kits to minimize downtime.
