Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a technician for an 18 months contract at Location: Upper Changi Road, Singapore. The role focuses on routine equipment servicing, preventive maintenance, and resolving hardware and software issues to support uptime.

You will work with engineers and customers to troubleshoot, follow BKMs and IP guidelines, and maintain safety and service quality in a fast-paced fab environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical/engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers and customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to safety and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform Tier I service activities independently and Tier II activities with guidance.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, equipment servicing and quality repairs within required timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and process-related equipment issues using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
• Respond to fab-related issues and collaborate with engineers on technical escalations.
• Verify equipment performance and support initiatives to improve uptime and reduce costs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow established Best Known Methods (BKMs), technical procedures and IP guidelines.
• Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements.
