Job summary

Medquest Marketing PTE LTD is seeking a Service Engineer to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with customers, vendors and internal teams to deliver reliable service and timely reports.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/BioMedical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical information

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in service or maintenance.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills with customers.
• Able to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Team player with ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Carry out equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for reliability.
• Perform incoming inspections of equipment and spare parts.
• Coordinate tools, parts and equipment before service assignments.
• Submit timely service reports and ensure quality standards.
• Provide technical recommendations to customers and perform user trainings on request.
• Maintain clear communications with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Participate in standby duty and support after-hours operations.
