SciMed Asia is seeking a Service Engineer to perform daily service, calibration, maintenance and repair of customer equipment. You will build strong relationships with customers and peers while handling required administrative duties.

The role involves outdoor servicing in laboratories, schools and hospitals, with a focus on timely issue resolution and proactive communication to ensure satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical training from polytechnics or relevant institutions.
• Basic IT related experience.
• 2 years of relevant working experience (or less may be considered).
• Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
• Valid driver’s license (2/3).
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
• Outdoor servicing of equipment in warm/humid environments.

Responsabilidades

• Basic troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
• Completing Preventative Maintenance/calibration.
• Maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.
• Maintaining daily communications with customers for resolution and follow-up.
• Utilising escalation process to resolve service delivery issues.
• Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts or renewals.
• Working as a member of the local team to deliver efficient service across accounts in the area.
