Job summary

Quest Technology (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a service engineer to perform calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance, on-site installation and commissioning of tools. The role requires addressing urgent service calls after hours to keep operations running.

Qualifications

Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Electronic / Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
Preferably with 2 years of experience or more
Experience in troubleshooting, electronics and electrical instruments
Ability to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems
Team player as well as the ability to work independently and possess good communication skills
Must be prepared to work beyond normal working hours
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office

Responsibilities

Perform calibration, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, on-site installation and commissioning of tools
Attend to urgent service calls to maintain operation of tools at off-hours
Provide quotations for repair parts replacement work
Ensure that all service records are properly documented
Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates
