ADECCO Personnel Pte Ltd is hiring a Technical Service Engineer to perform on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for scientific instruments and medical devices at client locations in Central Singapore.

In this role you will train customers, maintain service records, and coordinate with internal and external teams to uphold service standards and customer satisfaction. A Diploma or Degree in Engineering with 3–5 years hands-on experience is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on troubleshooting experience with scientific instruments, medical devices, instrumentation, or manufacturing equipment.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training.
• Maintain accurate service records and conduct timely on-site service visits to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Attend customer sites to perform machine assembly, alignment, installation, commissioning, and operational verification.
