You will organize service schedules, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely completion while maintaining positive customer relationships. The role requires adherence to safety policies and use of test equipment and PPE to deliver high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair electrical equipment on-site
• Knowledge of HV/LV switchgear configurations and safety practices
• Experience coordinating service work with customers and contractors
• Strong adherence to safety policies and quality standards

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site interventions, repairs, and commissioning of electrical equipment to satisfy warranty requirements
• Organize and coordinate service job schedules for timely completion
• Submit daily service reports and ensure accurate documentation
• Coordinate maintenance work with contractors for switchgear systems
