Field Service Engineer - DUV Laser Systems

Job summary

ASML is seeking a Field Service Engineer to apply expert knowledge in Cymer DUV laser equipment at customer sites around Singapore. You will install, service, troubleshoot, and repair lasers under end-user conditions, ensuring high reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will travel to client sites, provide on-site technical guidance, and contribute to documentation and process improvements while collaborating with a global team of engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in repairing and maintaining similar equipment and interfacing with customers.
• Advanced technical knowledge in optics, electronics (analog & digital), CAN, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to others.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot laser equipment problems at customer sites.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on laser equipment at customer sites.
• Travel to perform service activities at customer sites.
• Provide technical training, guidance and assistance to less experienced field service engineers.
• Complete accurate service and expense reports as defined in process documentation.
• Use company technical documentation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Maintain an installed base and provide primary support and day-to-day communication with the customer.
• Other duties as required.
