ASML Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking engineers to provide onsite product application support to customer process teams and to build strong technical relationships with customers. You will analyze data, identify opportunities, and contribute to project definitions and timelines with ASML's global engineering teams.

The role emphasizes delivering clear problem statements, data-backed solutions, and proactive training while communicating progress to stakeholders and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics or Physical Sciences.
• Experience in an IC manufacturing environment with lithography production processes is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite product application support to customer engineering/process teams.
• Develop strong technical relationship with direct customer interface.
• Resolve customer's on-product related issues with clear problem statement and solution space with supporting data.
• Identify potential ASML application product opportunities for the customer and involve the customer in evaluation and ensure efficient performance.
• Conduct data analysis to ensure correct conclusions are drawn from customers' experimental data and results reported to ASML and customer.
• Lead or participate in projects supporting customers on new technology nodes, draft Statements of Work and discuss technical specs and timelines with customer and product engineering groups.
• Prepare technical presentations and maintain clear communication to keep stakeholders informed of results and progress.
• Conduct onsite basic training or coordinate requested training for the customer.
• Weekly reporting/tracking of customer engagement status.
