Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is hiring a field service engineer to deliver on-site technical support and training for water treatment systems across client sites in Singapore. You will troubleshoot, install, and maintain equipment while ensuring safety and uptime.

The role requires a Diploma in Chemical or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent), with water treatment experience welcomed. Travel to sites islandwide and overseas is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Equivalent Engineering Discipline.
• Water/wastewater/ultrapure water treatment experience in any industry is welcome.
• Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
• Willing to work at client sites islandwide and travel overseas occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for technical support and ensure customer objectives are met.
• Provide on-site technical guidance, troubleshooting, and training on system operation.
• Oversee installation, repair and logistic support to optimize performance.
• Monitor maintenance activities and identify training needs.
• Analyze malfunctions, assess trends and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate customer concerns to the team.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to execute value-driven service plans.
• Ensure KPIs set by customers are consistently achieved.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Promote safety and environmental standards across project sites.
