Emerson Automation Solutions Final Control Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Field Service Engineer to perform overhaul, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) at workshop and customer sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
Experience in field service, maintenance, repair, testing or overhaul in industrial settings.
Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

Perform overhaul, maintenance, inspection, assembly, testing, and repair of PSVs in workshop and customer sites.
Conduct pop testing, calibration, setting, and functional testing of PSVs per procedures.
Generate and maintain job cards, worksheets, service reports, and related documentation.
Document service findings and update records after service activities.
Identify replacement parts and support customers with technical guidance.
Perform onsite overhaul services, valve commissioning, and testing activities.
