Job summary

• Travel within ASEAN region for on-site service, commissioning, maintenance and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of WEG products at customer sites.
• Work with control systems to integrate VFDs and motors into a cohesive operation.
• Perform field service or maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding product usage and maintenance.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for clients on how to operate and maintain equipment.
• Offer technical consultation to assist in resolving complex technical issues.
• Maintain detailed service records, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations on-site and promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to resolve complex issues and maintain client relationships.
• Analyse data and report findings to support product and system improvements.
• Inspect inventory levels and reorder materials to maintain stock for ongoing projects.
• Assist with presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide urgent support during emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
