Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence to operate a service vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support site installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning of compressor and dryer units to ensure operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in air compressors and refrigeration dryers to maintain system performance.
• Attend service calls and perform regular servicing at customer sites to reduce equipment breakdowns.
• Supervise production processes to support smooth operations and minimise downtime.
• Prepare and submit accurate repair and maintenance quotations for service jobs and spare parts.
• Plan and coordinate daily and weekly service jobs to ensure efficient resource planning and customer support.
• Provide technical training to customers on the proper use and basic care of equipment.
