Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover Islandwide locations, with a Tuas office for administrative support.

The role involves installation, start-up, testing, commissioning, and servicing of industrial compressor and dryer systems on customer sites. Qualifications

Qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
Valid Class 3 driving licence to operate a service vehicle.

Responsibilities

Support site installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning of compressor and dryer units to ensure operation.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in air compressors and refrigeration dryers to maintain system performance.
Attend service calls and perform regular servicing at customer sites to reduce equipment breakdowns.
Supervise production processes to support smooth operations and minimise downtime.
Prepare and submit accurate repair and maintenance quotations for service jobs and spare parts.
Plan and coordinate daily and weekly service jobs to ensure efficient resource planning and customer support.
Provide technical training to customers on the proper use and basic care of equipment.
