Job summary

DOU YEE ENTERPRISES (S) PTE LTD is seeking an engineer to deliver end-to-end equipment support. You will install and train customers on manufacturing equipment and handle buy-offs, calibration, maintenance and repairs.

The role also covers pre-sales activities such as application support, demos and evaluations, with potential standby duty and travel as needed. A cleanroom environment work is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• May be required on standby and travel.
• Experience with equipment support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support.
• Install, process buy-off and train customers on equipment.
• Provide after-sales support such as calibration, maintenance and repair.
• Provide pre-sales support including application, demos and evaluations.
