Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality after-sale service and support. This role includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for electronics assembly and inspection equipment.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Electronics and Semiconductor or Automation industry.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in the Electronics and Semiconductor or Automation industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sale service and support professionally and efficiently.
• Perform installation, retrofit & upgrade, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Diagnose technical problems, determine solutions, and assist customers.
• Conduct on-site evaluations for equipment at customer sites.
• Support sales with technical support and application of products.

Responsibilities

• In charge of providing after‑sale service and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for performing installation, retrofit & upgrade, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for electronics assembly and inspection equipment.
• In charge of diagnosing technical problem, determining the solution and assisting the customer in implementing the fix.
• Responsible for conducting on‑site evaluation for electronics assembly and inspection equipment at customer sites.
• Responsible for supporting sales in technical support and application of products.
