is seeking a frontline service professional to support project implementation, configure and commission Robots and IoT devices, train end-users, and provide ongoing maintenance and technical support for deployed systems. The role emphasizes customer interaction, on-site demonstrations, and collaboration with project managers, consultants, and software teams to ensure successful system lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training provided.
• Interest in IoT and robotics technologies.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic IT networking knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site demonstrations, surveys and gather requirements to support project implementation and act as liaison between clients, project managers, consultants, and software development teams throughout the system life cycle
• Configure, test, and commission Robots and IoT devices to ensure proper system functionality
• Conduct basic and general training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective system use
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance and technical support for deployed systems
• Manage technical service requests and client feedback, ensuring adherence to internal service SOPs and timely closure of support tickets

Job Summary

As a frontline service professional in the Technical Service Delivery Team, you will support project implementation, configure and commission Robots and IoT devices, conduct end-user training, and provide maintenance and technical support to deployed systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site demonstrations, surveys and gather requirements to support project implementation and act as liaison between clients, project managers, consultants, and software development teams throughout the system life cycle
• Configure, test, and commission Robots and IoT devices to ensure proper system functionality
• Conduct basic and general training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective system use
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance and technical support for deployed systems
• Manage technical service requests and client feedback, ensuring adherence to internal service SOPs and timely closure of support tickets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Passion for current and evolving technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Robotics
• Positive attitude towards problem solving and ability to work effectively in a team
• Good customer service skills to support client interactions
• Basic IT networking knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
• Possession of Class 3A/3 driving license or own means of transport is preferred but not mandatory
