Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking a service engineer to commission and maintain electrical power systems at client sites across Asia. The role involves upgrades, troubleshooting, and on-site support to ensure uptime and reliability.

You will train clients, prepare reports, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive service. A relevant electrical engineering degree and hands-on UPS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering.
• Hands-on experience servicing electronically controlled power systems; UPS knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and equipment diagnostics.
• Willing to travel across Asia (up to 60%) and participate in on-call rotation.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented with ability to work independently.

• Perform system upgrades, modifications, and troubleshooting, while providing technical support to customers and partners.
• Manage service activities on-site when required, prepare service reports, and conduct operator training for clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams and build strong customer relationships through responsive support

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering with several years of relevant service experience.
• Hands-on experience servicing electronically controlled power systems; UPS system knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, operation software, and electrical equipment diagnostics.
