Job summary

M1 LIMITED is seeking a network deployment professional to support onsite installation of WAN/LAN/WLAN equipment in Singapore. You will configure devices, perform onsite deployment and coordinate UAT with customers to ensure acceptance and smooth handover.

The role requires a diploma or CCNA/CCNP cert, hands-on experience with Cisco/Aruba/Fortinet/Juniper gear, and strong problem-solving abilities. Candidates should be team players with solid communication skills and willingness to work after

Qualifications

Diploma or CCNA/CCNP certification required.
Solid networking knowledge including WAN/LAN/WLAN concepts.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Perform network equipment preconfiguration and staging.
Perform onsite deployment and implementation of network equipment including ONT, router, firewall, switches and wireless APs and perform User Acceptance Testing with customer.
Perform onsite troubleshooting if there are any issues during deployment.
Provide technical insight and advice to project management team for problem resolution.
Prepare documentation e.g. UAT reports, Site Acquisition Reports, Site Survey Reports with network diagrams.
Collaborate with customers and teams to ensure successful deployment.
