Job summary

ACE RECRUITERS is assisting a leading industrial equipment wholesaler to hire a permanent Field Service Engineer for the West (Pioneer) area in Singapore. You will install and commission equipment at customer sites, perform testing, diagnose issues, and provide on-site technical support with thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and ongoing customer engagement to ensure optimal uptime.

Qualifications

Diploma/NTC in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or related discipline.
Willing to travel to customer sites for installation and service.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance is advantageous.
Strong focus on safety and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
Test and verify machine operation and configurations.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control issues.
Provide on-site and remote technical support and training.
Maintain service records and contribute to continuous improvement.
