Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of field experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical site surveys and installations at customer sites.
- Handle rack/stack installations and basic remote access configurations.
- Provide 7×24 on-call support with a 7×24×4 SLA.
- Replace field replaceable units and return equipment to normal operation.
- Install engineering changes or required software.
- Re-pack returned equipment for RMA.
- Read and interpret technical documents and follow installation instructions.
