Job summary

ByteDance is seeking an experienced field marketing lead for Southeast Asia to partner with sales and regional teams in Singapore. You will own the field marketing strategy and execute programs across SEA markets, driving pipeline, acceleration, and measurable business impact.

You will translate business priorities into market plans, design integrated demand generation campaigns across events, digital, content, and partner channels, and continuously optimize investments based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech marketing with ownership of field marketing and demand generation.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline, advance opportunities, and impact sales outcomes.
• Experience connecting marketing activities to commercial priorities beyond events.
• Strong collaboration with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to execute market plans.
• Hands-on experience across Southeast Asia markets with ability to tailor strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• As the primary marketing partner to an assigned sales team, you will own the field marketing strategy and execution for multiple Southeast Asia markets, with a strong focus on driving pipeline generation, acceleration, and business impact.
• You will partner closely with sales leadership and APAC market stakeholders to translate business priorities into market-specific quarterly and annual marketing plans.
• You will design and deliver integrated demand generation programs across field, digital, content, partner, and sales activation channels.
• You will regional programs for different Southeast Asia markets based on customer needs, buying behavior, and ecosystem dynamics, rather than simply replicating a Singapore-first playbook.
• You will lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including events, customer engagement programs, partner initiatives, and other field marketing activities.
• You will identify opportunities to strengthen market presence and pipeline creation through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, digital, and regional marketing.
• You will track program performance, evaluate pipeline contribution, and continuously optimize marketing investments based on business outcomes.
• You will operate effectively in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing, with a strong track record of independently owning field marketing and demand generation initiatives.
• You have demonstrated success in building marketing programs that support pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and sales outcomes.
• You have strong field marketing capabilities beyond event execution, with a clear understanding of how to connect marketing activities to commercial priorities.
• You have experience partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop market plans and execute against business goals.
• You have hands‑on experience working across Southeast Asia markets, including meaningful exposure beyond Singapore, and can adapt strategies to different market contexts.
• You have strong project ownership and execution skills, and can move from strategy to implementation with limited oversight.
• You have Mandarin communication skills, as this role requires regular collaboration with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders and teams across the region in day‑to‑day planning and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• You have experience in partner marketing or channel marketing, especially in partner‑led demand generation, joint go‑to‑market programs, and co‑marketing initiatives.
• You have experience running integrated campaigns that connect digital, content, field, partner, and sales activation efforts.
• You have worked in a growth‑stage or lean B2B SaaS environment and are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• You have familiarity with market ecosystems, media, and go‑to‑market nuances across Southeast Asia.
