Job summary

Unique Interior Design Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a FIELD SUPERVISOR to lead marketing efforts within the construction sector.

You will build client relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and drive campaigns that win new business while strengthening existing accounts. The role requires a Master’s in marketing or related field, 4+ years of Singapore construction marketing experience, and ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in marketing, sociology, business, or related field.
• Monday–Saturday 9am–9pm work schedule with overtime.
• 4+ years Singapore building construction marketing site experience.
• Weekend/public holiday work for essential job.
• Willing to take hardship assignments.
• Industry knowledge and target audience helpful.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven marketing leadership or operations experience.
• Budget planning and management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership.
• Proficient in digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and stakeholder rapport.
• Experience with international contacts (developers, consultants, contractors).
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strong marketing and presentation preparations skills.
• Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers in local market
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that their needs are understood and addressed.
• Collaborate with internal departments and consultants to ensure fulfillment.
• Address customer requests and improve customer experience.
• Resolve complaints and track related processes.
• Strengthen relationships with consultants, contractors and developers.
• Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior.
• Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
