Recruit Express Pte Ltd is offering a 24-month Field Engineers Program designed to groom technical experts and future leaders. You will be immersed in hands-on installation, commissioning, and service training across stages, building deep product and field-process knowledge.

During months 1-9 you will be inducted and learn the Inspection Standard, months 10-19 focus on CPSI and field service, and months 20-24 on PORT technology, Digital Business, and RMP, with opportunities to support and train

Job Overview

As part of the Field Engineers Program , you will undergo a structured 24-month development journey designed to build your expertise in products, technologies, and field processes from the ground up. This role prepares you to become a technical expert and future leader within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Training Outline
