Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites driven, technically-minded individuals to join the Future Engineering Development Programme (FEDP). This structured programme develops technical knowledge, hands-on experience and leadership capabilities across engineering functions.

You will receive training in installation, commissioning, inspection and servicing, plus exposure to digital technologies and field operations, building a strong foundation for a rewarding engineering career.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical or technical disciplines is preferred.
• Candidates who are passionate about engineering and willing to learn will be considered.
• Strong hands-on and proactive attitude are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Induction and technical development within the programme.
• Contribute to engineering installation and commissioning activities.
• Assist with acceptance inspections and uphold quality standards.
• Support service and periodic safety inspections.
• Learn digital business and remote monitoring technologies.
• Participate in escalator installation and commissioning tasks.
• Develop knowledge of performance and technical standards for field technicians.
