ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a Contract Compliance Officer to join our regulatory team at Outram Park, Singapore.

The role focuses on site inspections of licensed establishments, ensuring adherence to laws and licensing requirements, and educating stakeholders on compliance standards. You will document findings, maintain records, investigate non-compliance, and coordinate with authorities. Travel to various business locations is required, with the ability to conduct about eight site

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 O-level passes.
• At least 2 years' experience in law enforcement, regulatory or audit.
• Willingness to travel to various business locations for fieldwork.
• Able to conduct about 8 site visits a day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and compliance checks at licensed establishments.
• Educate licensees and stakeholders on regulatory requirements.
• Document findings and submit reports on time.
• Maintain records of inspections and enforcement actions.
• Investigate non-compliance and coordinate with authorities.
• Monitor compliance KPIs and trends.
• Present inspection outcomes and challenges to management and authorities.
• Build relationships with licensees to promote compliance.
