Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Compliance Inspector to oversee inspection planning, risk identification, and remediation across the Representative Office in Singapore. The role requires Mandarin proficiency to liaise with China HQ teams and business counterparts.

You will lead inspections, ensure internal controls, report significant findings, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams, delivering objective, well-documented recommendations to headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in ICT, business, finance, accounting, risk management or related field.
• 8+ years ICT industry experience in business operations, delivery, finance, auditing or internal controls.
• Proven experience in ICT sales or delivery projects with strong business acumen.
• Familiar with company policies, internal processes, authorization frameworks, and multiple business areas.
• Ability to identify risks, assess impact and propose corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and communication; Mandarin proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop inspection plans for authenticity, delegated authority, and internal controls.
• Conduct routine inspections and proactive sampling in frontline operations and report findings.
• Drive timely remediation and preventive measures with business teams.
• Organize or participate in special inspections and fact-finding activities.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to monitor remediation and improvements.
• Strengthen inspection capabilities and report findings to HQ.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in ICT, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related discipline
