Job summary

CHYE THIAM MAINTENANCE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a field Audit Officer to conduct on-site inspections of outdoor and indoor cleansing activities, ensuring safety compliance and consistent quality of service. You will investigate defects, client complaints, non-compliances, and coordinate corrective actions with Operations Executives.

The role involves ad-hoc inspections, on-site COJT and equipment training, monthly EHS briefings, and handling specialized cleaning tasks including pandemic

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem-solving ability and a proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently in the field and self-motivate to complete tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office to prepare simple reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site field audits for outdoor and indoor cleansing activities, ensuring safety compliance and quality service.
• Investigate Defect Notices, client complaints and non-compliances; partner with Operations Executives for corrective actions and root-cause solutions.
• Perform ad-hoc inspections to ensure regulatory compliance including worker dormitory inspections.
• Conduct on-site COJT and equipment training to ensure worker competencies.
• Lead monthly safety briefings across sites on EHS matters.
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as pandemic disinfection and chemical spill cleanup.
