Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a Contract Compliance Officer for field inspections and regulatory compliance across licensed establishments in Singapore. The role requires regular travel to various sites and reliable reporting on findings.

The contract is for 1 year with a monthly salary of SGD 5,000, including transport fees. Working hours typically from Monday to Friday with occasional field assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 O levels passes.
• At least 2 years' experience in law enforcement, regulatory or audit related work.
• Willing to travel for field inspections to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and compliance checks to ensure adherence to laws, regulations and licensing requirements.
• Engage and educate licensees, operators and stakeholders on regulatory requirements and the importance of compliance.
• Document inspection findings, observations, and stakeholder feedback and submit reports within timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, engagements, follow-up actions and enforcement activities.
• Investigate and escalate non-compliance, coordinating with authorities as needed.
• Monitor performance indicators, compliance status, and issues from inspections.
• Prepare and present reports on inspection outcomes, trends, KPI achievements and challenges to management and authorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with licensees and stakeholders to promote regulatory awareness and compliance.

Position : Contract Compliance Officer

Location : Outram Park

Contract : 1 year

Salary : $5000 per month (included transport fees)

Working hours: Mon-Thu 8.30am - 6pm; Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour break)

• Conduct site inspections and compliance checks on licensed and regulated establishments to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Engage and educate licensees, operators, and stakeholders on regulatory requirements and the importance of maintaining compliance standards.
• Document inspection findings, observations, and stakeholder feedback accurately and submit reports within prescribed timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, engagements, follow-up actions, and enforcement-related activities.
• Investigate and elevate instances of non-compliance, coordinating with relevant authorities where necessary.
• Monitor and track operational performance indicators, compliance status, and key issues identified during inspections.
• Prepare and present regular reports on inspection outcomes, compliance trends, KPI achievements, and operational challenges to management and regulatory authorities.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with licensees and stakeholders to promote regulatory awareness and compliance.

Requirements:

• Possesses a minimum of 5 'O' levels passes;
• At least 2 years' experience in law enforcement, regulatory or audit related work;
• Applicants should be comfortable with fieldwork as the role requires traveling to various business locations (e.g. shopping malls, shophouses, office buildings, etc.);
• Able to conduct about 8 site visits a day. Job holder will be given the list of locations and premises to be checked. Job holder must plan the visits to effectively complete the targeted number of checks on DCBs and MEs;
