ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Inspector to conduct field visits across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to laws and regulatory requirements. You will assess operations like debt collection and massage businesses, educate operators, and document findings with timely reporting of non-compliance when found.

The role requires at least a GCE A Level and about two years’ experience in enforcement or compliance, with readiness to travel to various business sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum a GCE 'A' Level.
• 2 years of experience in law enforcement, regulatory compliance or audit-related work would be an advantage.
• Comfortable travelling to various business locations to conduct site visits and inspections.

Responsabilités

• Conduct site visits to licensed debt collection businesses, licensed massage establishments and exempted massage establishments.
• Carry out compliance checks to ensure businesses adhere to the relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Educate business operators on regulatory requirements and the importance of compliance.
• Document inspection findings and feedback from business operators and submit reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, engagements and follow-up actions, including reporting non-compliance where necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on inspections conducted, KPI progress and issues encountered.

Working Hours : 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Salary: Up to $6,000 per month

Duration : 1 Year
