Merck Life Science in Singapore is seeking a BioMonitoring Engineer responsible for installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, repair, and field support of BioMonitoring instruments at customer sites.

You will perform IQ/OQ validation, calibration, and service reporting, train customers, promote service contracts, and collaborate with sales and application teams to ensure compliant operation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years field service or instrument validation experience.
• Experience with IQ/OQ validation and GMP/GLP requirements.
• Proficient in English, strong documentation and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Install, qualify, maintain BioMonitoring instruments at customer sites.
• Perform IQ/OQ validation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide field service and on-site troubleshooting with minimal downtime.
• Prepare service reports, schedules, and follow-up actions.
• Deliver technical training and customer support at facilities.
• Promote service contracts and consumables to customers.
