Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified professional to support equipment qualification, validation and GMP compliance in Singapore. The role involves assisting in IQ/OQ/PQ execution, testing, documentation and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams.

Candidates with a diploma or degree in engineering, biotech, biomedical sciences or pharmaceutical technology and exposure to regulated manufacturing environments will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering/Biotechnology/Biomedical Sciences/Pharmaceutical Technology or related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, equipment qualification or validation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in equipment qualification, validation and decommissioning activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Support the preparation and execution of equipment qualification protocols, including IQ, OQ and PQ.
• Perform equipment testing, verification and inspections to ensure compliance with required standards.
• Maintain accurate qualification records, reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams to support project completion.
• Assist in identifying and documenting deviations, discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, safety requirements and site procedures.
• Provide technical and administrative support for equipment qualification and validation projects.
