Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. seeks a Field Application Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for semiconductor customers.

You will troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues, ensuring timely issue resolution. You will install, set up, validate, and test equipment at customer sites, ensuring compliance with requirements and specifications. You will coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams to support successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Field Application Engineer or Technical Support Engineer in Semiconductor/Manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel for customer support, equipment validation, and on-site project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• Conduct equipment installation, setup, validation, and sample testing at customer sites while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams to support project execution, deliverables, and successful implementation.
• Deliver technical training, prepare application documentation, and collect customer feedback to support continuous product improvement and development.
