Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer/Electronics/Telecommunications or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in application engineering or technical support.
• Knowledge of networking, telephony and VoIP preferred.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Deliver services on voice gateways, SBCs and UC platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex).
• Conduct product demos and training for customers on capabilities and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, escalate to internal engineering when needed.
• Create and maintain installation guides, config references and troubleshooting procedures.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Coordinate end-to-end technical implementations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide after-sales support including periodic health checks.
