Job summary

QSC APAC PTE. LTD. is seeking an Applications Engineer based in Singapore to deliver comprehensive technical support and training across Southeast Asia.

The role supports integrators, consultants, distributors and end users, ensuring effective deployment of AV/IT solutions. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, assist with system design and commissioning, and provide structured training programs aligned with Q-SYS and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Sound Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in professional AV or IT infrastructure roles.
• Experience in technical support, systems engineering or commissioning.
• Experience with AV control integration and scripting (LUA).
• Experience with AV network setup and understanding of network topology.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales support for hardware and software across AV/IT platforms.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues including programming and network configuration.
• Assist with pre-sales system design, specification and solution architecture.
• Deliver technical training courses and seminars to partners, consultants and end users.
• Build relationships with channel partners and end users across Southeast Asia.
