Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to install, commission, service and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites in Singapore.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, fault finding and basic repairs, ensuring safety and adherence to procedures. You will prepare service reports, provide on-site technical support, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of field service or related technical experience.
• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on equipment servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting, fault finding and basic repairs at customer sites.
• Ensure all service work is completed safely, efficiently and according to required procedures.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Provide professional on-site technical support and customer service.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team for further support.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues.
