Job summary

ASML Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an onsite Product Application Support Engineer based in Gujarat, India. You will support customer engineering teams, build strong technical relationships, and drive data-driven solutions for lithography processes.

You will analyze experimental results, identify opportunities, and participate in projects with defined timelines. Training and regular status updates to customers and stakeholders are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in engineering or physical sciences.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple issues/projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite product application support to customer engineering/process teams.
• Develop strong technical relationship with direct customer interface.
• Resolve customer on-product issues with clear problem statements and data.
• Identify potential ASML application opportunities and participate in evaluations.
• Conduct data analysis to derive correct conclusions from experimental data.
• Lead projects to support new technology nodes with clear SOWs and timelines.
• Prepare technical presentations and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Provide onsite training and weekly status reporting of customer engagement.
