The role requires 5–8 years of FF&E procurement experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Ariba/SAP and MS Office. Regular site visits accompany office work in Singapore.

• Lead FF&E projects from design through procurement, delivery, and closeout.

• Prepare and maintain FFE schedules, logs, budgets, and tracking reports.
• Review quotations, purchase orders, and contracts for accuracy.
• Monitor timelines and identify delays; ensure site deliveries.
• Assist with project handover, warranty claims, and close out.
