Senior Procurement Lead – Hospitality & SAP

Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage multi-trade assignments and collaborate with users on requirements and PRs. The role involves ensuring specs are clarified, preparing BAWs, and monitoring PR/BAW/PO/Goods Received processes.

Candidates should have a related degree, 5+ years of supervisory procurement experience, and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office. Hospitality procurement exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field of study preferred.
• Member of Institute of Purchasing and Supply or Institute of Supply Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years working experience with supervisory experience.
• Hotel, Hospitality or Retail procurement exposure an advantage.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure seamless operation efficiency on multi trade assignment
• Work closely with the users on their requirements and PRs
• Ensure specs are verified/clarified prior to processing user PRs
• Prepare & justify BAW, and ensure it is in compliance with procurement’s P&P
• Follow through and monitor the whole process of PR/BAW/PO/Goods Received
• Formulate base case analysis & summary creation
• Create & verity product specification database
• Create and maintain vendor database analysis and summary
