Marina Bay Sands is seeking a skilled FF&E Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of furniture, fixtures and equipment for interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with designers, contractors and suppliers to meet schedule, budget and quality targets.

The role requires strong procurement discipline, project management skills, and the ability to read design drawings. Drive cost savings, risk management and timely handovers across resort operations in Singapore.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 5-8 years FF&E procurement experience in interior fit-out, construction, hospitality, or commercial projects.
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical and proactive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across the business.
  • Experience coordinating procurement and installation of furniture and equipment preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management and procurement processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to read design drawings, specifications, schedules.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
  • Ariba/SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead FF&E projects from design development through procurement, delivery, installation, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to meet requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain FF&E schedules, procurement logs, budgets, and tracking reports.
  • Support the sourcing, evaluation, and shortlisting of vendors and suppliers.
  • Review quotations, purchase orders, and contracts for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor approval process, manufacturing, shipping, and delivery timelines, identifying and resolving potential delays.
  • Coordinate site deliveries and installation activities with contractors and installation teams.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes and submittals.
  • Assist with project handover, defect rectification and final submittal and close out.
  • Executive resolution for any warranty or damage claims.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Director or Senior Management.
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers while securing advantageous terms.
  • Identify opportunities and implement actions to reduce overall costs.
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and team of buyers to ensure compliance with procurement policy and relevant guidelines and regulations.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the resort operations, and its main purpose is to provide department users with products and services to meet their business goals. The Manager (FFE) supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of FF&E for construction and interior fit-out projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, designers, contractors, and vendors, this role helps ensure FFE packages are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Overall Job Responsibilities
  • The position will provide procurement support to functional departments including:
  • Leading and managing FFE projects from design development through procurement, delivery, installation, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and maintain FFE schedules, procurement logs, budgets, and tracking reports.
  • Support the sourcing, evaluation, and shortlisting of vendors and suppliers.
  • Review quotations, purchase orders, and contracts for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
