Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Procurement professional with at least 5 years of experience in hotel, hospitality or retail procurement to manage multi‑trade assignments. You will work closely with users on requirements and PRs, verify specs, and guide PR/BAW/PO processes to goods receipt.

Degree in a related field is preferred; SAP exposure and strong MS Office skills are advantageous. Supervisory experience and a solid sense of business and math are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field of study preferred.
• Preferably a member of Institute of Purchasing and Supply or Institute of Supply Management.
• Minimum 5 years working experience with some supervisory experience.
• Hotel, hospitality or retail procurement exposure an advantage.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office; SAP exposure preferred.
• Basic business sense and mathematical logic.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure seamless operation efficiency on multi trade assignment.
• Work closely with the users on their requirements and PRs.
• Ensure specs are verified/clarified prior to processing user PRs.
• Prepare & justify BAW, and ensure it is in compliance with procurement's P&P.
• Follow through and monitor the whole process of PR/BAW/PO/Goods Received.
• Formulate base case analysis & summary creation.
• Create & verity product specification database.
• Create and maintain vendor database analysis and summary.
