Under supervision, you will prepare weekly reports and billing, communicate workload status to the team and clients, and contribute to process improvements in methods and procedures.

• Under supervision, performs detailed engineering review of plans for compliance with ABS Rules and contracts.
• Performs conventional engineering tasks with moderately complex problems.
• Drafts technically accurate and timely reports and client letters for review by senior staff.
• Prepare accurate and timely weekly reports and billing for work performed.
• Communicate workload status to team and clients to meet project needs.
• Propose technical advice to field operations and technical offices.
• Suggest new approaches to problems and improvements in methods or designs.
• Work with clients to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Work as part of a team, potentially autonomously after training, with minimal supervision.
• Implement ABS Quality System requirements after training.
