DHL Global Forwarding (Singapore) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trade Management professional to support the Asia-MENATAF region. The role involves pre-analyzing RFQs, collaborating on space and equipment solutions, and analyzing Trade KPIs to improve profitability and expand the customer base.

Responsibilities include negotiating costs with carriers, maintaining rate databases, and ensuring effective communication with overseas offices and internal teams. A degree and shipping knowledge are required.

Formación

• Degree holder with knowledge of ocean freight products and general shipping practices.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with carriers.
• Problem solving skills to analyze issues and derive effective solutions.
• Familiarity with software like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-analyze RFQs for potential value and importance.
• Collaborate on solutions with internal and external stakeholders to address space/equipment issues.
• Provide analysis of Trade KPIs and support regional buying activities.
• Upload and manage FAK, MTS and NAC levels in internal systems.
