Job summary

Experience in F&B is preferred, with ability to work shifts including weekends; growth opportunities and AWS are offered as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in F&B.
• Able to perform shift work and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to meet sales targets and maintain standards.
• Monitor costs and inventory to stay within budget.
• Provide training and coaching to staff and assess performance.
• Manage stock receiving for F&B, packaging, and other supplies.
• Maintain station coverage and restaurant upkeep.
