You will prepare and cook fishball noodles, ensure quality and hygiene, and help maintain smooth stall operations. Ideal candidates have experience with noodle or hawker-style cooking, can work in a fast-paced environment, and are reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or public holidays if required.

Qualifications

• Experience in noodle or hawker food preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook fishball noodles according to company recipes
• Prepare soup, sauces, and side ingredients
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and work area
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
• Follow food safety and workplace safety regulations
• Assist with stall opening and closing duties
