Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a hard-working kitchen crew member to prepare and cook a variety of noodle dishes, following established recipes and quality standards to delight customers.

You will assist with daily kitchen preparation, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, monitor stock, and work in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage for liaising with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a kitchen/hawker/restaurant environment.
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate.
• Must be physically able to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Chinese language ability is an advantage for liaising with customers and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook various noodle dishes following established recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen preparation tasks to support smooth operations.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety at all times.
• Monitor ingredient usage, assist with stock control, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
• Work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to meet service demands.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain kitchen efficiency and quality.
• Any other duties as assigned by Head Chef.
