Job summary

TINA LI NOODLE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a kitchen assistant to prepare and cook a variety of noodle dishes in a busy hawker/restaurant setting. You will handle daily prep tasks, maintain hygiene, and support smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have kitchen experience, a WSQ Level 1 Hygiene certificate, and the ability to stand for long shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Chinese language ability is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen/hawker/restaurant environment.
• WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 / Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Communicating in spoken Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook various noodle dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep tasks.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
• Monitor ingredient usage, assist with stock control and storage.
• Work independently in a fast-paced kitchen to meet service demands.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Other duties as assigned by Head Chef.
