Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to support store operations across multiple locations in Singapore.

You will monitor sales performance, manage inventory, rotate and refresh displays, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to optimize visibility and buyer engagement. The role requires a Diploma in a related field, good communication, and willingness to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Merchandising, Retail, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior merchandising, retail, sales support, or inventory management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales monitoring, inventory control, and product displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to travel between locations in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and manage inventory levels at assigned locations.
• Maintain and rotate products on display to keep displays neat and attractive.
• Prepare and submit regular inventory reports.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and store displays with relevant teams.
• Support sales in preparing product listings to buyers.
